This size is perfectly optimized to give you a clear, accurate feel for the true thickness calibration, natural riven surface texture, and inherent colour tones of the stone without being overly heavy to handle.

Because slate is an entirely natural product formed over millions of years, its organic beauty lies in its subtle texture and tonal variations. Viewing a physical sample in your own specific environment allows you to see how the stone reacts to your local lighting conditions—both under warm indoor lights or direct outdoor sunlight—ensuring you get the exact aesthetic you desire.

We aim to process and dispatch all sample requests within 24 business hours. They are sent via standard Royal Mail or trusted courier networks, meaning you can generally expect your samples to arrive on your doorstep within 2 business days from the date of your request.
